I’ve been lax on updates again due to preparing for my Bangkok, Thailand trip, which begins on Thursday, October 19. For the weight portion, mostly it hasn’t changed and I have had to cut down on my supplements recently because I won’t be taking most with me to Thailand (so I didn’t want to risk some type of withdrawal symptoms).
Today’s weight is 276.8, which is practically unchanged from a month ago.
Today’s supplements were the following:
- Roasted Seaweed (Nori) (9 sheets, 4.5 g)
- Vitamin C (2 tablets, 500 mg)
- Low dosage aspirin (81 mg, 4 tablets, total 324 mg)
