Weight

I weigh in at 297.2 pounds in the morning. This is a loss of 1.0 pounds from yesterday.

Nutrition (Supplements)

  • Cod Liver Oil, Lemon-flavored, 1 tsp
  • Chlorella Spirulina, 15 tablets
  • Multi-vitamin, Essential for Women by ritual.com, 2 capsules
  • Vitamin C, 500 mg tablet

Meals

I am not yet keeping track of my exact foods (this didn’t start until May 9), but a list of acceptable foods that I can eat can be found at http://promise.city/index.php/2017/05/01/acceptable-foods-list/

I did not follow my acceptable foods list for evening and ate at Grace’s for the following:

  • Bread
  • Crawfish Cream Sauce
  • White Rice
  • Shrimp Stuffed Poblano

I also drank the following alcoholic beverages:

  • Margarita
  • Floater Grand Marnier
  • Mimosa

Exercise

As this is Friday, I did not exercise today.
