Weight

I weigh in at 295.9 pounds in the morning. This is a loss of 1.3 pounds from Friday.

Nutrition (Supplements)

  • Cod Liver Oil, Lemon-flavored, 1 tsp
  • Chlorella Spirulina, 15 tablets
  • Multi-vitamin, Essential for Women by ritual.com, 2 capsules
  • Vitamin C, 500 mg tablet

Meals

I drank the following alcoholic beverage at home in the afternoon and evening:

  • Sake, Cold, 330 ml

Exercise

As this is the weekend, I did not exercise today.
