When getting serious about health improvement, there are several gadgets that can help with tracking various components such as BMI, heart rate, weight, calories burned and so on.
This post will serve as a listing of some useful gadgets that I may end up purchasing to help with tracking my health better.
Watch / Fitness Trackers
Two good candidates in this category are Apple Watch and FitBit.
BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) scales can measure BMI along with weight.
A good candidate for accurate measurements appears to be the Balance High Accuracy Digital Body Fat Scale on Amazon.
Update: I ended up buying the Balance High Accuracy Digital Body Fat Scale and am waiting for it to arrive. I’ll post any information once it does.
