Nutritional Values (RDAs)

I am starting a log for my nutritional values for all RDA micronutrients and select macronutrients. As the values change, I will edit this post to account for the changes.

      • NA – 149.8%
      • Zc – 94.5%

Notes:

  1. Values over 100% (protein and sodium) are due to entering over 100% whenever they exceed the daily RDA. That is because those two components need to meet rather than exceed the RDAs.
  2. All other values are set at 100% and only 100% if they meet the daily RDA whether exceeding the RDA or not.

Percentage Breakdown Table

PercentageNutrient
90-100%B2, B3, B12, A, C, D, Cu, Mn, P, Se, Zc
80-89.9%B5, B6, Biotin, Ca, Cr, Fe, Mg
70-79.9%Choline, Folate, E, Vitamin K, Mo
60-69.9%Fiber, B1
50-59.9%I, K (Potassium)

Trends

  • Iodine (I) and Potassium (K) are now above 50%
  • B6 and Magnesium (Mg) are close to 90%
  • Because I’m taking daily chromium, it’s likely that Cr will be over 90% in the several weeks.

I’m attaching the chart that has the entire daily breakdown of each nutritional value for each nutrient.
