Weight

I weigh in at 298.2 pounds. This is a loss of 1.8 pounds from Monday.

Nutrition (Supplements)

  • Cod Liver Oil, Lemon-flavored, 1 tsp
  • Chlorella Spirulina, 15 tablets
  • Multi-vitamin, Essential for Women by ritual.com, 2 capsules
  • Vitamin C, 500 mg tablet

Exercise

This is my exercise routine at my company’s gym:

  • 82.3 calories

  • 32 minutes

From May 1’s exercise, the following increases occurred:

  • 7.70 calories
  • 0.24 miles
  • 2 minutes
